WHAT YOU OFFER US:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 5 + years of commercial/industrial field service experience is required.
  • Customer Service experience.                    
  • Current HVAC technician license
  • Understanding of advanced heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation principles.
  • Working knowledge of boiler systems
  • Reliable and self-motivated.         
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in schematic diagrams, controls, and sequence of operations. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook       
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)           

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Review of mechanical design documents to establish and understand intended owner operation requirements  
  • Project site observation and acceptance of pre-functional tests.
  • Assist contractors in carrying out Functional Tests (FT) of mechanical equipment on site to verify proper installation and operation according to the above.     
  • Complete testing procedure documents.
  • Be the liaison between factories and contractors to establish a plan of action should issues arise.        
  • Work with inside personnel to track warranties.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other project team members.            
  • Participate in training on the latest industry technologies.               
  • Establish training programs for customers.            
  • Support team members and peers to achieve KPIs.            
  • Travel to projects within your designated area     
  • Travel to factories for training classes and certifications    
  • Capable of climbing stairs and ladders.  Comfortable with working on roofs/platforms.  Capable of carrying up to 50 lbs.  
  • Ability to work in confined space
