Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong ability to establish, develop, and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathy.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree; further education in Customer Service or related fields is considered an advantage.
- Strong motivational skills and willingness to team play, along with individual contribution capability.
- No previous experience required; training provided with ample opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
