Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Arvada, CO | Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available

Arvada Distributing, a local company serving the Jefferson/Adams County area, has openings due to our successful 2018 development program. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. No previous experience with equipment is required, as training will be provided. Openings are determined based on meeting minimum criteria outlined in the submission form, and interviews will be scheduled accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in customer retention and long-term relationship building with integrity and trust.

• Sales & Marketing:

  • Promote brand awareness through direct interaction with clients.
  • Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and additional services to meet customer needs.
  • Follow company guidelines to finalize agreements and meet sales goals.

• Product Expertise & Problem Solving:

  • Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge on evolving products, including modular appliances, turbo accessories, high-speed buffers, sanders, and multi-surface cleaners.
  • Implement solutions to customer issues with accuracy and adaptability, reducing labor-intensive functions.

• Assembly, Installation & Delivery:

  • Light assembly, installation, and delivery of products to clients.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely service and product delivery.

• Teamwork & Individual Contribution:

  • Operate both in teams and individually based on experience.
  • Work with management and team leaders to meet objectives, sales quotas, and regional coverage targets.

• Territory Coverage:

  • Cover your designated market area, ensuring maximum customer coverage and satisfaction within the region.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Schedule Flexibility: Full-time and part-time positions available, with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Independence: Ability to work without close supervision.
