What You’ll Do:

• Customer Acquisition & Sales:

  • Strategically reach out to and engage with current and prospective customers.
  • Secure referrals and conduct follow-up communications to build lasting business relationships.

• Product Demonstration & Education:

  • Demonstrate products effectively while referencing sales materials, emphasizing key features and benefits.
  • Continuously educate yourself on new and existing product features to maintain a high level of product knowledge.

• Sales & Contract Management:

  • Quote prices and credit terms, preparing contracts for orders obtained during the sales process.
  • Handle direct customer communication as needed regarding product use and application.

• Ongoing Learning & Development:

  • Continuously improve and enhance your product knowledge to provide the best customer experience.
  • As you gain expertise in customer acquisition, you’ll begin to develop leadership and coaching skills, preparing for career growth.
