Kirby of Colorado is opening 10-15 offices in the Denver area, around Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming and Utah. We need people to run these offices and recruit, train and develop our teams as we grow.

The position would be commission based. First, you will get hands on with a 4+ week field training. Learning what the responsibilities are for the candidates that you will hire and train are. Next, if you successfully pass this portion, you will work directly with our leadership to ensure that you can properly identify positive candidates for the positions. You will then train to conduct the Orientation and Classroom training for our team.
