ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Support:
Building out projects for production
Scheduling and assisting with operations
Ordering paint and supplies
Provide post job follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
Occasionally running supplies to the field & errands
Customer Support:
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments as needed.
Ensure customers receive excellent follow-up and progress update communication via company channels, phone, email, CRM, etc.
Assist with addressing customer needs while delivering excellent service.
Communicate and collaborate with staff to assist with scheduling assistance, project support, information requests, etc.
Invoicing
Office Management:
Ordering office supplies including clothing
Watching and ordering shop sundries
Manage office supply inventory
HR Support:
Assist with our hiring process by posting ads, reviewing applicants, scheduling candidate interviews with the hiring manager, etc.
Assist with onboarding new painters by meeting with them, explaining our paperwork, processes, etc.
Review timesheets, modify and assist in running payroll
Manage PTO accrual and time off requests.
Sales Support:
Provide support during the life of the lead including appointment setting, light pre-qualifying, appointment confirmation, and follow up as needed.
Marketing Support:
Manage marketing calendar and marketing vendors to ensure timely and consistent marketing activity.
Occasionally attend networking and community events.
Deliver customer gifts on occasion

REQUIREMENTS:
Administrative experience; supporting a high-level manager or business owner.
Previous experience overseeing projects - timelines, resources needed, scheduling, etc.
We are a tech driven company…Cloud-based software, familiarity with and willingness to learn new technologies and applications.
Proven history at producing measurable results.
Ability to pass background check.
DISC Assessment we will provide you with.
SCHEDULE:
40 hours per week
8-4:30 preferred
In our location
COMPENSATION:
$55,000 - $60,000 per year
