This is a full-time position with benefits. The treatment coordinator is responsible for helping patients understand both the value of their investment in dental health and what options they have to pay for it.
Responsibilities of Treatment Coordinator
Greeting patients
Coordinating treatment between our office and referring offices
Verify necessary steps are taken to facilitate patient treatment
Works closely with Dental Surgical Assistants ensuring a patients treatment plan is entered correctly and phased appropriately within our patient management software
Helps patients overcome their individual obstacles to achieve the dental care that they need and want
Answering the telephone
Scheduling appointments
Collecting and processing payment
Maintaining patient records
Communicates with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements of Treatment Coordinator
1 year experience in office administration, banking, real estate, or other applicable field involving strategic conversations with people
Comfortable with talking to patients about finances and presenting dental treatment as prescribed by our doctors
Knowledge of insurance and billing is helpful
Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day
Communicates clearly with patients and all team members

Compensation and Benefits
Wage: $24-28 per hour DOE
Bonuses based on performance
90-Day Review and wage assessment, with potential of increase
36 hour work week
Health Insurance Benefit at 30 days, all other benefits eligible after 90-day probation
40 hours Vacation (Accrued Annually) doubles at year 3 of service.
3 days sick pay per year
