House Manager Role:
As Program House Manager, you will help guide women and children by equipping families in a safe and nurturing environment to learn daily living skills and goals. Our Program House Manager will operate in a leadership role in the Christian Faith while representing Biblical Principles fostering hope and empowerment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Coaching, Mentoring, and Accountability to families.
Manage weekly schedules with mother and child.
Assist residents with financial stability and career development.
Prepare Meal Plans and Budget Expense Reports.
Ensure compliance with house rules and procedures.
Qualifications:

Management, Supervisor, or Leadership Experience.
Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Experience raising children and working with diverse populations.
Professional Communication and Documentation Skills.
