Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Support team member to assist with managing lighting packages, customer emails, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify lighting packages and plans to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with responding to customer technical inquiries via email.
- Help sales staff with daily tasks, including email correspondence and administrative duties.
- Prepare and send quotes for sales staff.
- Monitor sales activities and update the sales team on progress, including pending orders, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
- Track and follow up on orders and quotes to ensure timely processing.
- Generate basic reports for the sales team.
- Help sales staff with product information and research.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support and customer service.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets or quoting software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Strong attention to detail skills to ensure accuracy in pricing and product specifications.
- Familiarity with product catalogs or databases to quickly find information.
- Problem-solving skills to handle special pricing requests or custom quotes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Pay Range: $20 - $28 per hour
