Operations & Orders Manager

Job Description:

 We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Orders Manager to oversee and optimize the order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will work closely with Customer Service (CS), Shipping, and Assembly teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, while continuously improving operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Customer Service, Shipping, and Assembly teams to ensure orders are shipped within 2 hours of being placed.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and implement improvements in processes across CS, Shipping, and Assembly.
• Drive lean initiatives and process optimization strategies to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance in every department.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different departments.
• Monitor order fulfillment performance to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Expertise in process improvement and lean strategies.
• Experience in creating and enhancing SOPs
• Proficient in using order management and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines and quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• College degree is required
• Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus

Pay Range: $20 - $33 per hour
