Product Manager, Lighting Product Development

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager for Lighting Product Development to lead the development and improvement of our lighting products. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including assembly, testing, and overseas manufacturing partners, to ensure high-quality and innovative lighting solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new lighting product development from concept to production.
• Partner with the assembly team to streamline processes and ensure efficient product assembly.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful product development.
• Work closely with overseas factories to enhance products and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee UL, ETL, and other product safety testing and certifications.
• Perform dimming tests to check compatibility and performance with lighting systems.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
• Provide technical support and product training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or related field
• Proven experience in product development, particularly within the lighting industry is REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of UL, ETL, and other industry testing standards for product testing and compliance.
• Proficiency in dimming systems and lighting control features.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers and managing cross-border communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range: $30 - $45 per hour
