ELCO Lighting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Order Fulfillment and Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our orders are completed and shipped on time and identifying ways to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment and project completion
• Assist sales team with their order needs
• Create SOPs for different tasks
• Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements
• Conduct Gemba walks to observe and assess operations for efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues delaying order shipments
• Maintain an organized workflow and keep orders on track
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in process improvement and order management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• College degree required
• Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus
Pay Range: $25 - $45 per hour
