Job Description:

We are seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the research, development, certification, and quality control of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Production quality control and inspection of manufactured fixtures
• Coordination of UL, CA Title 24, DLC, and Energy Star requirements with production
• Provide product technical support to customers
• Track project timelines to complete tasks on schedule
• Ensure reliable operation of equipment
• Work with the Assembly team to organize production
• Develop new products and enhance existing ones.
• Generate and manage new project ideas and development.
• Conduct market research to understand and address market needs.
• Test, analyze, and evaluate new and modified products, processes, and services to align with business objectives.
• Analyze processes to identify and implement more effective problem-solving approaches.
• Research, plan, and implement new programs and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lighting and LED lighting
• Familiarity with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting research, designing product solutions, and communicating findings.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Proven innovation and adaptability.
• Excellent analytical skills for researching and evaluating product design strategies.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Highly Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent root cause analysis skills
