Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for verifying and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling vendor statements, and handling administrative duties related to accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices for payment
• Ensure timely payments to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Handle administrative duties related to accounts payable

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay range: $17 - $23 per hour
