Customer Service / Order Entry
Location: Vernon, California

 
Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, entering orders, resolving returns and other operational/customer service/order entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Order entry, enter orders, process returns, process credits, process truck claims.
• Assist customers with pricing, inventory, and order status
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
 

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service and order entry
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay range: $17 - $21 per hour
