Accounting/Administrative Assistant

LBA Group is seeking an Accounting/Administrative Assistant who will support the finance and administrative departments by performing a variety of tasks that lay the foundation for growth into a Finance Specialist role. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Accounting Duties: 
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable. 
    • Transfer all e-commerce orders into the ERP system 
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets. 
    • Track and manage expense data related to costing 
    • Document accounting policies and procedures 
  • Administrative Duties: 
    • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments. 
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment. 
    • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) 
    • Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports. 
    • Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field are preferred. 
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
