LBA Group, located in Greenville, NC, USA, is seeking a dynamic, focused, and self-motivated individual to join our team.

Duties

Works with blueprints or instructions to put together various parts. General duties include measuring and making accurate cuts to parts, ensuring all parts are put together, and inspecting and testing the equipment.

The individual in this position will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all product lines are produced in accordance with company standards, specifications, quality control procedures, safety regulations, and other applicable laws/regulations.
• Perform all aspects of the assembly process.
• Ensure proper documentation for each job performed.
• Maintain an efficient, safe, and orderly working environment.

Qualification

• Experience working on various types of materials, including sheet metal, plastic, glass, and wood.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Experience working at the plant level is preferred but not required for this position.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
