Our outstanding Client Engagement team performs on the ground floor of our client's campaigns and has been essential to our success. As a result, our clients have expressed a strong desire for us to expand rapidly this year.
We're looking for a capable Client Engagement Specialist to manage and uphold effective client relationships. As a member of our team, you'll serve as the client's main point of contact, making sure they get the resources they need, receive high-quality assistance all the time, and can take advantage of all the perks outlined in their contract. We are looking for outgoing, energetic entry-level professionals who want to expand their knowledge and skill sets in the Sales, Marketing, and Community Management fields.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate all customer interaction with solid relationship-building, product expertise, careful planning, and effective execution while in retail environments
. Generating new leads
· Creating instructional strategies based on customer needs
· Engage with customers to ensure our client's brand name is effectively reaching the local market
Experience:
· Previous experience in an Account Management or Customer Relationship capacity
· Knowledge of basic marketing strategies and techniques
· Proven track record of creating long-lasting client relationships
Education & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience
· Experience working directly with customers
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality
· Confident, with strong interpersonal skills, and a true team player
