Salary Range:  $400 - $1000 week

Our marketing firm is a leading player in the dynamic and competitive industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional marketing solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Savannah, GA as an Entry-Level Corporate Trainer. The Entry-Level Corporate Trainer will undergo intensive training and mentorship from senior corporate trainers, and will also have the opportunity to work within a retail setting to learn the fundamentals of corporate training and develop expertise in delivering effective training programs and results. Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training program led by mentors to gain a solid understanding of marketing systems, principles, and sales techniques.

  • Assist senior trainers in designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to meet the needs of customers

  • Help deliver presentations focused on sales techniques, including customer engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and building customer relationships within a retail environment.

  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to continuously improve and update training materials and programs based on industry trends, evolving customer behaviors, and feedback from retail staff, clients, and customers

  • Develop positive relationships with retail staff, clients, and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and support effective training delivery

Qualifications:

  • 2 year/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication; or experience in a related field

  • Strong passion for marketing, training, and professional development.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire learners.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with retail sales operations, customer behaviors, and visual merchandising principles.
