Position Overview:
We are
seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our
busy estate planning and business law firm.
As an
Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with an
experienced attorney to provide exceptional legal advice and counsel to our
clients. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse and challenging work,
including advising clients on complex tax matters, structuring business
transactions, and developing comprehensive estate plans.
We utilize a hybrid work environment,
part-remote and part-in office. We work
from home generally on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and work in the office
on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities:

Draft and
review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and estate planning instruments.

Assist in
representing clients in negotiations, meetings, and legal proceedings.

Provide
strategic advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, business transactions, and estate administration matters.

Collaborate
with senior attorney to develop innovative solutions and strategies to meet clients' needs.

Conduct legal research and analysis on tax, business, and estate planning issues.
- Stay updated
on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure
compliance and provide informed counsel.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Arizona state bar and in good standing.

1-4 years of experience practicing in tax, business, or estate planning law (experience in all three areas is preferred but not required).

Strong
analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards
Benefits:

Starting salary range of $75,000-$95,000, depending on experience (also open to variable
compensation arrangement)
