We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Carpet Shampooer to join our team. As a Carpet Shampooer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of carpets and upholstery using our specialized cleaning systems. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized carpet shampooing equipment according to company procedures.
• Perform thorough cleaning and shampooing of carpets and upholstery.
• Inspect carpets for stains, spots, and damage prior to cleaning.
• Apply pre-treatments to carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Move and replace furniture as necessary during the cleaning process.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Uphold company standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
