Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for a motivated, humble, and growth-minded Dental Assistant who is eager to learn and become fully functional chairside. The ideal candidate is:
Self-motivated and hungry to improve daily
Willing to learn and train in advanced specialties including:
TMJ care
Functional orthodontics
Invisalign
General dentistry
Responsible, dependable, and a strong cultural fit for our close-knit team
Located within a reasonable commuting distance
Experience & Requirements
Previous experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training
Applicants with 5+ years of experience and active RDA certification are strongly encouraged to apply
Must be comfortable assisting with orthodontics (traditional braces and Invisalign)
