We are a growing GP/PPO dental office in Culver City looking for a Dental Hygienist who is a strong culture fit and a team player to join our dynamic team. We offer a supportive environment where patient care and teamwork are at the forefront of everything we do.
Position Details:
• Location: Culver City
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (2 days), every other Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base hourly pay $60-$70 per hour plus 10% of adjusted production over a daily goal of 3x pay; or 30% of adjusted production. End of year Bonus based on office and personal performance;

Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in weekly growth meetings.
• Prepare patients for morning huddle, check-in patients, and take X-rays as needed.
• Perform Itero scans on each patient and prepare them for potential treatments.
• Deliver hygiene care, OHI (Oral Hygiene Instructions), apply fluoride varnish, and schedule the next hygiene appointment.
• Clean and set up the hygiene chair for each patient.
• Complete the end-of-day production checklist.
• Assist the dentist and team with daily tasks.
• Call hygiene patients to confirm appointments and follow up with unscheduled recare patients.
• Shadow the front desk to understand insurance breakdowns for hygiene, including coverage for fluoride, SRP, ortho/Invisalign, and laser treatments.
