Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Assess job sites to determine the appropriate approach and equipment necessary for effective hydro-jetting.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure operations are conducted without incident.
• Maintain communication with clients to explain the process and potential disruptions.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on jobs completed, including observations and any recommendations for further maintenance or repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of the provided hydro-jetting equipment and company vehicle.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry techniques and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergency calls during on-call rotations, which may occur during holidays, nights, or weekends.
• Work across extended shifts (10, 12, or 8-hour shifts) as required by the operational needs.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in hydro-jetting, with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload and stand for long periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills for dealing with customers and team members.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
