We are a 40 year well-established private dental practice in Scottsdale that is poised for serious growth and we are in the position to open our doors to the right Dental Assistant for a career-long opportunity with us. Our clinical family members have been with us for 8 to 25 years. We have a low-stress, positive energy happy workplace that prides itself on loving and caring for our dental patients and taking care of each other. We are both upscale with a beautiful office, and relaxed. Our staff will give the dental assistant the training you need.
You're a Perfect Fit Because You will:
Provide a personalized patient care experience by sustaining patient comfort, listening to patient's needs, and educating them on dental procedures. Have knowledge and understanding of dental terminology sufficient to perform the job successfully. Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in the patient chart. Take radiographs of patients using standard dental radiographic equipment. Think and act efficiently. Help maintain the doctors’ patient flow by creating no patient wait time; be present, and engaged. Preserve patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance. Follow our safety policies and procedures. Be a team player and assist with office duties as requested or needed.
What We're Looking for in You:
Hours (not including prep and break down):
Monday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 3:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Fridays-Sunday: Closed
