Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
  • Manage the administrative and clinical staff, including receptionist, scheduling coordinator, hygienists, and dental assistants, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor and optimize office workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring timely and accurate communication with patients.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Manage financial aspects of the practice, including billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Collaborate with the dentist and dental hygienists to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement

.Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dental office management or a related role is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and external partners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and computer systems.
  • Familiarity with dental billing, insurance processing, and financial management.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
