Zubie Home Service, a plumbing industry leader, is seeking a full-time HVAC/Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with associate skill level and offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 to $52,000 per year. The successful candidate will work in our Plumbing department and will be responsible for functions such as accounting and administrative tasks. Bilingualism is a plus for this position. The HVAC/Plumbing Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling, reception, and customer service tasks. You will use computer software, such as ServiceTitan, to manage appointments efficiently. In this highly collaborative role, you will interact with clients, sales representatives, installation technicians, and service technicians to ensure smooth operations and maximize client satisfaction. Fluency in English and Spanish would be advantageous for this role.
