As a key player in ensuring operational excellence, the successful candidate will join our dynamic team, contributing directly to the maintenance of our high standards in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. We are looking for a committed individual who possesses a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to task management. This position requires not only technical expertise but also a robust understanding of customer service and quality assurance procedures. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audit checks on all HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and company expectations.
  • Perform detailed preventative maintenance to guarantee the operational efficiency of HVAC units.
  • Service and repair residential HVAC systems, including newly installed units, to ensure functionality and client satisfaction.
  • Provide concise and empathetic communication with clients regarding the work performed, resolving any warranty issues and repairs promptly.
  • Document all service works intricately, making recommendations where necessary on service forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, supporting all areas of business operations as needed.
  • Utilize a range of hand and power tools skillfully for the maintenance and diagnosis of air conditioning systems.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both customers and office personnel.
  • Keep the managing team informed of new developments, changes, or any customer concerns that arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in field service within a residential setting.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
  • Current registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
  • EPA Certification is a must.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening and background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for engaging with people.
  • A proactive team player who can also inspire and lead others towards achieving team goals.
  • Meticulous attention to details and an established record of workplace punctuality and reliability.
