Job Posting: Post Install Coordinator
Elmer's Home Service has a job opening for a Post Install Coordinator. This Full-Time position is based in our office and is NOT a Remote Job. This candidate will have stellar customer service skills, and pay close attention to detail. Their main focus will be gathering feedback on the experience during the install and guiding the customer through the rest of the post-install process. Candidates will possess the talent to listen actively. Other tasks will include but are not limited to scheduling and coordinating install quality checks, inspections, and appointments with homeowners and 3rd party subcontractors. Communicating with other team members in the office and the field using text messages, Google Chat, Teams, or company email. The ability to pivot and shift priority levels between tasks daily is essential. Experience with Service Titan is preferred but not required. This position is full-time, 32-40 hrs. per week.
