Sewer and Drain Plumbing Specialist

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

Pay: $16+ per hour or commission-based

Benefits:

• Paid plumbing certification renewal and CE classes

Tasks:

• Performs drain cleaning services for residential properties.
• Handles all customer calls, including service, maintenance, warranty, diagnostics, 2nd opinions, and estimates.
• Utilizes working knowledge of ServiceTitan for efficient customer management.
• Communicates with dispatch to schedule and debrief the customer database.
• Ensures complete, accurate, and updated information.
• Participates in all company-sponsored training classes.
• Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients and team members through clear communication.
• Addresses concerns, questions, or problems expediently.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• License: Apprentice
• Endorsement: Restricted Drain Cleaner or Unrestricted Drain Cleaner (Needs 1500 verified hours through the State of Texas)
