meet or exceed sales targets and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth within the commercial sector

Identify potential clients by understanding their pest management needs.

Target potential commercial clients through research, cold calling, networking, and self-

generated lead generation

Achieve monthly sales goals.

Develop and present our services to clients highlighting the value and benefits of our services.

Establish and maintain strong relationships by providing ongoing communication with key

decision-makers, property managers, and other stakeholders in the commercial sector.

Competencies:

Adept in B2B (Business to Business) sales

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Internal drive, motivation to excel, and independence.

Time Management and ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Experience in the pest control industry is not required as long as the candidate has a willingness

to learn.
