Job Description

Elmer's Home Service has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time HVAC Residential Comfort Advisor. This position is vital to our team and is essential for providing exceptional service to our residential customers. Please note that this is not a remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customers' HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct home assessments to determine heating and cooling requirements
  • Prepare and present estimates to customers
  • Run 2-5 leads per day.
  • Presents HVAC system replacement options; Offer-related and add-on products to maximize sales opportunities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided

Requirements

  • Prior experience in HVAC sales or related field
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Be Passionate and love the brand you are selling.
  • Be Familiar with local codes and can speak on company product lines.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation style of work is
