As a Customer Service Rep, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You cheerfully respond to customer calls, schedule and confirm appointments and make follow-up calls. With your strong organizational skills, you work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.
You call customers to verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are happy.
