Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is on the hunt for a self-motivated full-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our office team and provide stellar customer care to our Texas clients while scheduling and educating them about the benefits of our services. We offer our home services Customer Service Reps a highly competitive compensation of $18/hr (+$1 Spanish). The typical schedule is full-time and occasionally requires additional hours. Our company has been serving the San Antonio area's HVAC needs for over 25 years. We just launched in DFW and are now moving into the Houston area. Our skilled and capable staff confidently assists customers with their heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing installation, service, and repair needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) / CUSTOMER CARE REP

As a Customer Service Rep, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You cheerfully respond to customer calls, schedule and confirm appointments and make follow-up calls. With your strong organizational skills, you work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

You call customers to verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are happy. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. You end each day with a sense of pride that you contributed to keeping our business moving and achieving our goals!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Maintain evening and weekend availability
  • Must Type 30 WPM
  • Service Titan experience is a PLUS!!!
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!!
