Zubie's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Full-time Residential HVAC Quality Control Technicians.

Our HVAC Technicians provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our customers' heating and cooling systems, completing assigned preventative maintenance, and overseeing the work of our apprentices to ensure all work is performed correctly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in field service residential setting
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current TDLR
• EPA certified
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Job Duties:

• Conduct quality audit checks on all HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance, service and repair of newly installed residential units.
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on resolving warranty issues and repairs
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance and diagnosis of air conditioning systems.
• Effectively communicate with customers and office staff
• Keep manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer concerns
