Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Zubie Home Service, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support over the phone. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, scheduling services, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will assist with accounting and administrative tasks to support the operations of our Customer Service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Schedule services and appointments for customers, ensuring the coordination of resources.
• Provide accurate information about our services, promotions, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with accounting tasks, such as processing payments and invoices.
• Support administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent listening and communication skills.
