Job Description

Zubie Home Service, a prominent company in the HVAC industry, is seeking an experienced Install Manager HVAC to join our team at a Mid-Senior Level. This is a full-time position located in our Install Manager HVAC department. As an Install Manager HVAC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC installations, ensuring their completion within budget and schedule constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise HVAC installation projects
  • Coordinate with clients, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure optimal project execution
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, adjusting as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Review project plans and specifications to provide accurate cost estimates
  • Handle any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Manage inventory of equipment and materials

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $ DOE

Job Level: Mid-Senior Level
