Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze staffing needs within the company
• Conduct recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
• Make recommendations to management regarding hiring decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes
• Provide support to the HR team as needed

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous HVAC knowledge or trade experience preferred
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
