As an HR Clerk, you will play a key role in the HR department and ensure that our hiring and onboarding processes run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Assist with new employee onboarding, including processing paperwork, conducting orientations, and setting up new hires in our systems.
• Maintain HR records by accurately entering and updating employee information, such as personal data, job titles, and employment status changes.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance review forms.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related matters, such as benefits enrollment, vacation tracking, and policy questions.
• Assist with organizing and conducting employee training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
