Call-By-Call Manager - HVAC and Plumbing

 YOUR NEW ROLE

We’re looking for someone who can work from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday and every other weekend. You ensure the smooth operation of our HVAC and Plumbing departments by offering our field techs in-person and over-the-phone guidance. If a tech has a question or issue, you help them resolve it and offer tips for closing sales. Your coaching ensures our teams meet their KPI goals, reach revenue targets, and complete high-quality work. You also spend your time creating estimates, selecting building options, and handling customer concerns. You follow up with clients and encourage them to leave a positive review for us. To support our overall growth, you rehash calls that didn’t result in a sale and identify ways to prevent staff turnover. Your efforts directly impact our success!

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of plumbing or HVAC experience
• Commitment to the industry and desire to build a long-term career.
• Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with financial applications, Word,
• Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Ability to lead by example and maintain strong ethics, values, trust, and integrity.
• Strong communication, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
