Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Full-time Residential HVAC Comfort Advisors.

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you develop marketing strategies with your team to reach new customers and maintain relationships with current customers to determine any other needs. You and the CBC team will contact customers over the phone and may travel to their homes to present HVAC options that fit their home and budget. This full-time position comes with the required occasional additional hours and outstanding benefits.

* $100K p/yr (commissions for experienced technician)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in sales (Preferred Home Improvement Sales experience)

* Valid Driver’s License

* Current TDLR

* EPA certified

* Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
