Cleaning HVAC systems and Dryer Vent Cleaning for residential facilities

Work Environment: Working around equipment and machinery, the work environment is usually dirty, dusty, and noisy, on uneven ground/surfaces containing hazardous or potentially hazardous substances and/or materials and is subject to inclement or extreme weather conditions and temperatures. Work includes handling hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment. Frequent travel is required for this position. Job Description:

Under the Leadership of our Install department this full time position in our air duct cleaning department, involves being part of a fast-paced, energetic team that values strong relationships with their customers, as well as open communication, and teamwork. The Duct Cleaning Technician will assist to complete projects efficiently while following all company policies and procedures. Air Duct Cleaning refers to the removal of dust and contaminants within the ductwork. This includes the supply and return air ducts as well as the registers and diffusers in each room. Powerful vacuums whisk away all dust and debris, preventing it from re-circulating throughout the home. Additionally, will be cross-trained to assist the restoration and/or environmental divisions in between HVAC projects.

Duties include:

· Performing Service at a Job site under the Install Manager’s Direction

· Caring for equipment and company vehicle

· Providing Air Duct cleaning services to customers

· Greeting and caring for the customer needs

· Observing and adhering to industry and company safety protocols

· Completing paysheets in a timely manner and submitting it to management

· Relaying all job related issues to the install manager

· Having solid communication skills and be able to problem solve on site

· Providing service in a safe and professional manner according to the techniques learned during training.

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license

· TDLR and EPA

· High School Diploma or equivalency

· Mechanical aptitude is highly desired

· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

· A strong commitment to quality work

· Professional appearance and communication skills

· Be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must occasionally work in confined spaces
