Job Title: Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will work as part of a team, performing routine clerical and administrative functions to support Project Managers, Pre-Construction Managers, and Superintendents. You will be responsible for tasks such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining files (both paper and electronic), and providing information to callers. Additionally, you will play a collaborative role in ensuring the successful delivery of services from subcontractors and vendors to our clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
