Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced painters to contribute to our team's success. As a painter at Biddeford Painting, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a smooth, clean, and long-lasting finish. Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching holes and cracks.
• Use specified paint colors and coatings to match customer preferences.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes.
• Mask and tape off areas to protect adjacent surfaces.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina, ladder work and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Safety-conscious mindset
