Required Skills:

• Open Dental practice management software
• Personable communication skills and customer service with a smile.
• Advance knowledge and use of dental terminology.
• Mid-Senior Level preferred
• Confident with treatment planning, calculating patient portions, and presenting high value treatment.
• Ability to align with patients' communication style to build trust and overcome barriers as you find creative solutions so they can receive the treatment they need.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a productive schedule that eliminates stress on the team while optimizing patient care.
• Experience with medical billing or willing to train.
• Experience with dental billing, dental insurance breakdown and coverage, and dental and medical treatment planning is highly preferred

This position will:

• Be 4 days a week
