Job Summary

Gilbert Dental Center, a leading dental center in the Hospital & Health Care industry, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our high energy team in Gilbert. This position also requires 3-5 days of work per month in Camp Verde. Transportation and lodging are available for Camp Verde visits. As a Dental Assistant, you will provide support to our dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our dental services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and providing dental materials
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments prior to dental procedures
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Take impressions and prepare models
• Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
• Perform various administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
• Cerec, Waveone endo, and implant experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Ability to take and develop dental x-rays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary

The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Working Hours

This position is full-time and will be based on a regular schedule within our Gilbert Dental Center. The work schedule may also include 3-5 days a month in Camp Verde.
