What You'll Do:

As a Solar Service Technician with Voltaic Energy, you'll attend service and installation appointments with local residential clients. Your role goes beyond technical expertise; it's about building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll provide prompt repair services, expert knowledge, and a positive demeanor. With rising traditional power costs, you'll play a crucial role in not only promoting environmental sustainability but also offering homeowners financial security with lower, fixed monthly energy bills. Comprehensive field and classroom training, along with ongoing support, will equip you to excel and meet performance targets.

Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking individuals who can:

• Consistently deliver reliable service.
• identify and fix issues related to solar installations on site
• Participate actively in team meetings.
• Communicate with homeowners on site to complete service work
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.

Requirements:

• Flexible full-time availability (up to 40 hours weekly).
• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Solar Installer.
• HVAC schooling preferred but not required.
• Completion of relevant field and SOP training.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
