What will I be doing in this role?

As a HVAC Tech, you will be tasked with attending service and installation appointments with local, residential homeowners. Apart from building strong rapport and making a friend with the client, you will provide timely repair service, credible know-how, and a positive attitude. With the rates for traditional power skyrocketing, you will have the opportunity to not only contribute to a cleaner environment, but provide financial assurance that comes with a lower, fixed monthly power bill.

We will provide extensive, comprehensive field and classroom training and ongoing support to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in accomplishing your goals and quotas. You will also receive an aggressive, industry-leading compensation package, allowing you to earn between $40,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience. 

Who is the ideal candidate for this role?

We are looking for someone who can:

• Provide consistent, reliable service work.

• Add change-out and cut-in installation knowledge to the team.

• Attend regular team meetings

• Educate homeowners in the home about their Heating and Cooling needs if needed.

• Provide excellent, consistent customer service and follow-up with potential customers.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets

What are the requirements for this role?

• Flexible Full-time Availability (choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)

• 2 years of previous HVAC Tech experience is required.

• HVAC Schooling not required, but preferred.

• Complete applicable Field and SOP Training

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
