What will I be doing in this role?

As a Roofing Sales Manager, you will be tasked with motivating and training a team of canvassers to set appointments with local, residential homeowners at their doorstep. Your time will be divided evenly between building a strong, exemplary sales pipeline for yourself and conducting regular team trainings. Your ability to lead, teach, and produce high-level results will drive team production and give way to company expansion opportunities for you!

We will provide extensive, comprehensive field and classroom training and ongoing sales support to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in accomplishing your goals and quotas. You will also receive an aggressive, industry-leading compensation package, allowing you to earn between $230,000 to $245,000 per year.

Who is the ideal candidate for this role?

We are looking for someone who can:

• Bring at least 1 year or more of door-to-door Sales and management experience.

• Conduct local door-to-door canvassing to set appointments for our experts

• Conduct regular team meetings

• Educate homeowners at their doorstep about the benefits of solar energy

• Provide excellent, consistent customer service and follow-up with potential customers

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets

What are the requirements for this role?

• Flexible Full-time Availability (choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)

• Previous Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Complete applicable Roofing Sales Training

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
