What will I be doing in this role?
As a Appointment Setter, you will be tasked with setting appointments with local, residential homeowners at their doorstep. Apart from building strong rapport and making a friend, you will help qualify prospects in order for our team of Experts to conduct successful roofing consultations. With the rates for traditional power skyrocketing, you will have the opportunity to not only contribute to your client's peace-of-mind, but provide financial assurance that comes with increased home resale value.
We will provide extensive, comprehensive field and classroom training and ongoing sales support to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in accomplishing your goals and quotas. You will also receive an aggressive, industry-leading compensation package, allowing you to earn between $105,000 to $115,000 per year.
Who is the ideal candidate for this role?
We are looking for someone who can:
Conduct local door-to-door canvassing to set appointments for our experts
Attend regular team meetings
Educate homeowners at their doorstep about the benefits of solar energy
Provide excellent, consistent customer service and follow-up with potential customers
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets
What are the requirements for this role?
Flexible Full-time Availability (choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is a plus!)
Previous Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Complete applicable Solar Sales Training
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
